Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Aderinkola in prayer. Lord, You know the desires of Aderinkola's heart and the challenges faced at work. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Just as You have promised in Your Word, "Call unto Me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not" , we call upon You now.
Father, we pray that You would open doors that no man can shut and grant Aderinkola favor in the workplace. Restore the position that was lost and upgrade Aderinkola once again, according to Your perfect will. We trust in Your promise that "if we ask anything according to His will, He heareth us" .
Lord, let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard Aderinkola's heart and mind in Christ Jesus . May Your will be done, and may Aderinkola find joy and fulfillment in the work that You have prepared.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
