I was ripped off by this mechanic a couple of years ago. Last year while I was in the middle of dealing with work bullying which made me stressed and not thinking clearly I posted an online review of this mechanic and his shop. I spoke the truth about how I was treated. But in angry and stress my words were poorly chosen. They didn't find out about the review until last week. I'm afraid they'll take me to civil court. I can't prove what I've said. But it did happen. I only make ### a year and support my father who lost his retirement in ### when he had a seizure and some health issues.

Please pray that I'm not taken to civil court. I'm not a great person but I'm doing the best I can. These people stole from me and they shouldn't get more. Please help me out with your kind thoughts and pray for me. We are already financially strapped.

Thank you all so much. I talked to a lawyer today. And while he said they could sue and it can't be ruled out, it's unlikely as the burden of proof is on them.

They'd spend more money paying a lawyer to sue than they'd win. So it's unlikely they'll pursue it.

With your prayers and the lawyer's legal expertise, I feel so much better.
