I was planning to purchase a plot. I got the broker and through him I was shown a plot. I was asked to pay 1 lakh to the party and for registration and processing another 1 lakh. Both totalling 2 lakhs I had paid. But now I came to know that the land is allotted by patan panchayat and it is not having layout approval, no NA etc., that is the land is not like any other patta land and i cannot get housing loan also. Now i have decided to not to purchase that land. Please pray that, i should get back all the 2 lakhs without much trouble.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a challenging situation with the purchase of a plot of land. Lord, You know the details and the financial burden that has been placed upon them. We ask for Your divine intervention and favor in this matter.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind during this time of uncertainty.

Father, we ask that You move the hearts of those involved, including the broker and the party, to return the 2 lakhs without any trouble. We trust in Your provision and justice, knowing that You are a God who cares for our needs and hears our cries.

In Jesus' name, we pray for a swift and favorable resolution. Amen.

Party has informed that he will give me one lakh back on 1st July. He is trust worthy. Broker told he will give next week but he is the one cannot be trusted, he delays and after rigorous follow-up and frequent calling him only he returns. Please keep in prayers until all the amount is recieved.
