I was operated for thyroid goitre approx 4 years ago. Now have swelling in throat again and Doc has advised surgery. Also have tremor in right hand due to Parkinson disease. Also having fear since over 30 years not able to speak in public. Not able to serve the Lord in Ministry. Requesting your prayers.
