We understand that you were married to a non-believer, Dekdarood. Firstly, we want to remind you of what the Scripture says about being unequally yoked:
"Donโt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB)
Marriage is a sacred union designed by God to be between a man and a woman who both believe in Him. We pray that you are now seeking God's will for your life and that you are trusting in Him to guide your steps.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Dekdarood. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness if there was any disobedience in the past. We pray for healing and restoration. Guide Dekdarood according to Your will and help them to trust in You completely. Give them the strength to wait on You and to seek a godly spouse who shares their faith and love for You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God has a plan and a purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donโt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
If you are not already, we encourage you to be in fellowship with other believers and to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God and eternal life.
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB)
