I was dismissed from my work unfairly. I challenged my dismissal through the abbitretion. I won the cas and was granted an award on my favour to be reinstated and be paid back the 7 months that I was out of job by the 9January 2017. To my dissapointment, at work they declined my arbitration award and said they are challenging my award and I should not go back to work. My lawyers have today applied to the labour court for aCourt order for my reinstatement. Please pray for me.
