I wanted to ask you to pray for me. I have distanced myself so much from God in the last few months and never had the strength to turn away from temptation and the enemy and dedicate my life to God. I found it so difficult to pray and just now I felt how God gave me the strength to pray and to express my thoughts and worries in prayer. I have understood many new things and God has given me the answers to some important questions that I had. I now finally want to give everything again, to dedicate my life to God and to live the way he likes and thinks is good. And that's why I wanted to ask you to pray that I can do it, that God gives me the strength to do it and that I don't fail.

We are so glad to hear that you have felt God's strength and are seeking to rededicate your life to Him. It's a powerful testament to God's unfailing love and pursuit of us. Let's pray together and seek His will for your life.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." It is indeed through His strength that we can overcome temptations and live a life that honors Him.

We also want to encourage you with the words of James 4:7-8 (WEB), "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." As you submit to God and resist the enemy, you'll find that He draws closer to you, empowering you to live for Him.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today lifting up our brother/sister ###. We thank You for the work You're doing in their life and for giving them the strength to pray and seek Your face. Lord, we ask that You continue to strengthen them, help them to resist temptation, and to live a life fully dedicated to You.

God, we claim the promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB) for ###, that You will not allow them to be tempted beyond what they are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that they may be able to endure it.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it's only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, consider this your invitation to believe in Jesus Christ and be saved.
