I want to visit my parents this month as I am homesick

Remember, the Bible tells us to "honor your father and your mother," which is the first commandment with a promise (Ephesians 6:2 WEB). This includes caring for their emotional well-being and spending time with them whenever possible.
However, it's also important to trust in God's timing and provision. In Proverbs 16:9 WEB, we read, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." Trust that if it's God's will for you to visit your parents this month, He will make a way.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, In Jesus Name, lifting up our brother who is feeling homesick and longing to visit his parents in ###. Lord, we ask that You make a way, if it's Your will, for him to visit them this month. Provide for his needs and protect him as he travels.
In Jesus' Name, we ask that You grant him peace and comfort in his homesickness. Help him to trust in Your timing and provision.
We also pray for his parents. In Jesus Name, watch over them and keep them safe. Provide for their needs and let them feel Your love and presence.
