Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up Grudir, who has acknowledged their struggle and desires a change. Lord, we ask that You forgive them for any past sins and grant them the strength to resist the temptation of masturbation. Help them to focus their thoughts on what is pure and honorable, as mentioned in Philippians 4:8. Give them a renewed mind and heart, eager to live a life pleasing to You. In Jesus' name, we pray.
