We understand that you're having trouble sleeping due to noise in your building and neighborhood. We will pray for your situation and provide some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB)
In Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling to find peace and quiet to sleep. We pray that these noises will cease in Jesus' mighty name as they are needed to be silenced for the person to sleep.
As well, we pray that their neighbors and those in the building will be more considerate. We pray that they will come to the knowledge of Christ if they do not know him already. Lord, we ask You to help them find rest and peace in You as our brother/sister deeply needs it. Let him/her find rest for his/her soul in You as well.
Lord, we also pray that our brother/sister will put his/her trust in You, that You will quiet the noise and give him/her the peace and rest that is needed, in your Son's mighty name and by his blood. We know from your Word, You will never leave him/her nor forsake him/her (Hebrew 13:5 WEB).
As our brother/sister did not mention Jesus, we pray that they would accept Jesus Christ as their saviour and only way to God if they have not already. Lord, send the Holy Spirit to minister to them and comfort them as they seek you in prayer.
We ask this all in Jesus' name and by his blood.
We encourage you to approach your neighbors lovingly and respectfully, communicating your need for quiet at night. Some have no idea of the issues until they are approached if approached nicely.
Additionally, consider verses like Romans 12:18 (WEB): If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.
And Proverbs 15:1 (WEB): A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ and his blood that we have access to God. And there is no other way to be saved but by the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12 WEB).
As well, If you do not know Jesus Christ, call upon his name, and he will hear you and save you if you acknowledge him as the Son of God, and the only way to God.
