I want to pray for a friend ...

I want to pray for a friend of mine and her husband. He has been acting out differently and putting other people above her. He has made her feel without hope. Saying mean things to her and pushing her out his life and not making time for his marriage. They been married almost 5 years and this is the first time he pushes her away. He tells her things like no one likes her. He threatens to leave her. They were once a power couple, he used to treat her was respect and as a wife should be treated. He has been putting his own selfish needs in the way. He has not been prioritizing his marriage. She has never felt so unloved in this way before. This is her first marriage and his second. Both have kids with other people and not together. She has gone over and beyond to keep their family as one and he has currently been trying to keep him and his kids separate from her and her kids. And not include them. Pray for both. Healing on her as she has never gone through this before and humble his heart to have compassion for his wife and to give her the love and respect and care as a husband should do for his wife. Give her peace as she struggles through this storm. Let it pass and they can get back on track to the love they had found in the beginning.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend and her husband to you. We acknowledge that a wrong relation between husband and wife can hinder prayer, as stated in 1 Peter 3:7. We pray for healing and restoration in their marriage.

Lord, we ask that you touch the heart of the husband and bring conviction upon him for his actions and words towards his wife. Soften his heart and help him to see the pain he is causing. We pray that he would prioritize his marriage and put his wife's needs above his own selfish desires.

Father, we pray for our dear friend who is feeling unloved and hopeless in this situation. Comfort her and give her strength to endure this storm. Fill her heart with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to forgive her husband and continue to show love and kindness towards him.

Lord, we pray for a transformation in their relationship. Restore the love, respect, and care that they once had for each other. Help them to communicate effectively and resolve their conflicts in a healthy manner. Guide them in building a strong foundation for their marriage.

We also pray for their blended family, Lord. Bring unity and harmony among all the children involved. Help them to embrace each other as one family and to include everyone in their lives.

Father, we trust in your power to heal and restore relationships. We believe that nothing is impossible for you. We thank you in advance for the work you will do in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust and respect You. God bless me with the strength, desire, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
