Rogardexyn, your desire to know the Lord more is truly a blessed one. We commend you for seeking God's face and wanting to love Him above all else. This aligns beautifully with the words of the Psalmist: "One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in Yahweh’s house all the days of my life, to see Yahweh’s beauty, and to inquire in his temple" (Psalm 27:4, WEB).

As you seek to know the Lord more, remember the words of Jesus: "He who has my commandments and keeps them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him" (John 14:21, WEB). Obedience to His word is a key aspect of growing in your relationship with Him.

We encourage you to spend time in His presence through prayer and reading His word. As you do so, He has promised to draw near to you: "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:8, WEB).

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You with ###, seeking to know You more. We ask that You reveal Yourself to them in a deeper way. Help them to love You more than anything else, and to obey Your word. Let's also encourage one another to keep reading His word, for it's in His word that we find His heart for us. As Jeremiah 29:13 says, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart" (NIV).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
