I want to give God thanks for taking my pipe and lighter away from me.

Puxam

Disciple of Prayer
I want to say thank you to God's missionaries that came over to my house and took from me the drug and the pipe. I feel that I gave it to God. And that makes me feel so grateful. Now I am certain that from today my life has changed. I want to give thanks to God in this prayer. I pray in Jesus' name.

Puxam, we rejoice with you in your newfound freedom and give thanks to God for the deliverance you've experienced. It is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 (WEB), "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." We are so grateful that God has removed the pipe and lighter from your life, symbols of your old lifestyle, and has replaced them with a heart of gratitude and renewal.

We join you in thanking God's missionaries who visited your house and played a part in your transformation. It is a testament to the power of God's love and the impact it can have on our lives. As it is written in Matthew 18:19-20 (WEB), "Again, truly I tell you, that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to give You thanks and praise for the wonderful work You have done in ###'s life. Lord, You have taken away the tools of addiction and replaced them with a heart full of gratitude. We pray, Lord, that You continue to strengthen ###, that this change becomes permanent, and that they may continue to walk in newness of life. Help them to draw closer to You, to seek Your face, and to grow in Your grace and knowledge. This we ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

###, continue to lean on God and His strength. Engage with His word daily, and surround yourself with a community of believers who will support and uplift you. Remember the words of Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Your life has indeed changed, and we are excited about the wonderful plans God has for you. Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
