Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Sumenush, who desires to be selected in the HR round for ABB. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider of opportunities and success in our lives. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 75:6-7 that promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south, but it is you, O God, who judges, and you put down one and lift up another.

We pray, Lord, that you would grant Sumenush favor and wisdom as they go through the HR round. May you guide their words, thoughts, and actions during the interview process. Help them to present themselves confidently and effectively, showcasing their skills, qualifications, and potential contributions to ABB.

Lord, we ask that you open the hearts and minds of the interviewers to recognize Sumenush's abilities and potential. Soften their hearts to see the unique qualities and talents that Sumenush possesses. May they see beyond the resume and qualifications and discern the true potential that lies within.

We also pray for peace and calmness to fill Sumenush's heart and mind during the HR round. Help them to trust in your divine plan and timing, knowing that you have a perfect purpose for their life. Remind them of your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, that you have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.

Lord, we commit this desire of Sumenush's heart into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think . We trust in your sovereignty and ask that your will be done in this situation.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
