We understand that you're struggling with OCD obsessions, and you have concerns about your exams and purchasing an electric car. First and foremost, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your mental health and daily concerns.
Let's address your concerns one by one.
Regarding your OCD obsessions, remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46.1 WEB. He is mighty to save and deliver. Turn to Him in your time of need. We know that mental issues are beyond what we can control. We should not think that this is a lack of faith or a lack of spirituality if those issues are present. We should not think that this is a sign of being unclean before God or unforgiven.
Philippians 4:6-7 WEB tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Prayer is powerful, and we encourage you to seek God's peace and healing. We also recommend seeking professional help, as God often uses doctors and therapists to bring healing. There is no doubt that God is able to heal without these means, but there is no shame in using the resources that God has placed in our lives. It is not right to say that you just need to pray about it and ignore good advice and resources around you.
Concerning your exams, know that God is faithful. Trust in Him and do your best. Colossians 3:23 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Study diligently and trust that God will give you the wisdom and recall you need. Do not rely on God to overcome these tests while making no preparations.
Regarding your electric car purchase, seek God's wisdom. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Finally, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4.12 WEB. You must be born again. The same Jesus that was born of the virgin Mary, that came into the world, was killed by sinners, and arose from the dead, the same Jesus sits at the right hand of God the Father. He did this so that by believing in him your sins would be forgiven. This is the only way to be saved. This is the only way that we are allowed to come to God, through Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only mediator between God and man 1 Timothy 2.5 WEB. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no man comes to the Father except through him John 14.6 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Shoemore. We pray for Your healing touch on their mind and body, that You would deliver them from OCD obsessions. Guide them to the right professionals who can help, and give them peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we also ask for Your wisdom and guidance in their exams. Help them to study diligently and recall the information needed. Give them favor and success.
Lastly, Father, we seek Your will regarding their electric car purchase. Provide clear guidance and open the right doors.
