I will tell you as someone who has struggled with these things, fighting sin is this fight of your life. You must occupy yourself with something greater than these. "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12:2 BSB

Remember even self-pleasure of such things is a sin. All sexual acts are to be between a man and a woman in the bed of marriage, which is to be kept holy.

Avoid media that stirs within you these things.

Some on this sight to seek the type of loud "deliverance," to seek having people yell at you to force demons out of you. God is within you. Demons can still afflict you, but they do not own you. Prayer is better and more desirable. Seek truth. There is no spiritual contract you need to break. The lies that perpetuate in your mind allow darkness. These lies are broken by hearing and accepting the truth of Jesus, who is the living Word. Read the Bible. Seek

The beginning of wisdom is to get wisdom. Seek it out, though it costs all you have. It is the wisest thing you can do, since wisdom is supreme.

When you know the Truth, do not let it go. In the parable of the seed, the seed that fell where it could not grow deep root and died, being those who hear God's Word and receive it with joy but fall away, have no root. Know the scripture. Familiarize yourself with it. Speak to wise believers. Seek good counsel. This, as I understand, is your root. Those who believe in prosperity teachings and the like will not last long.
