We understand that you are struggling with acne and the negative attention it brings. It's important to remember that God looks at the heart, not merely at the outward appearance. As it says in 1 Samuel 16:7, "For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart."
First, we want to encourage you to remember that your value is not determined by your physical appearance or the opinions of others. God loves you unconditionally and has created you in His image.
We also believe that physical healing is possible through faith in God. Jesus healed many people during his ministry on earth, showing that God has the power to heal. If you haven't already, consider reading the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John for yourself about the life and miracles of Jesus. Invite Jesus into your life, accepting Jesus as your savior and the sacrifice he made for your sins. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved!" When you pray, make sure you pray to God in Jesus' name, which Jesus taught us to do. God cares for you and wants you to know His faithfulness.
Let's pray for you:
Dear God,
We come to You in Jesus' name, lifting up this person who is struggling with acne and the emotional pain it brings. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their skin and their heart. Help them to know Their true worth and beauty in Your eyes and Your unfailing love for them. Restore their confidence and give them strength and grace to endure any negativity around them. We pray that through their interactions with others, they would always look beyond the surface and see the true heart that you see.
Father if it is your will, physically heal and remove the acne. But ultimately let it be your will be done on earth and in heaven as You know what is truly best for this person and what will provide the most benefit. Like Jesus prayed the night before his crucifixion, "saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.”
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is with you and we are praying for you. Read and meditate on the Word of God, and trust in His love and faithfulness to you.
