I want to be healed get to trust God

I am from Zimbabwe. In 2018 I started having pain on my lower abdomen up to 2019. I went for different scans in the beginning I was told I had a cyst then medication was given to me and 6 months later I was OK then in 2019 December I had pain on my upper abdomen on both sides my left and right side under my breasts. It felt as if hot water was poured on me. The Drs told me I had ulcers then they gave me medication but it does not work. I went for an endoscopy this year in January and they told me I had no ulcers. I have no hope in medication and I have negative thoughts about life. I live a life of preparation of my own death. I need your prayers and healing and I desire to know God more. I am a Christian and I believe in Jesus. Thank you

Bless each of us to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Heal us Lord Jesus in every area of our lives. Make us whole in You. Help us all to keep our focus on You, trust You, walk in the faith, love, peace, security, wisdom, and joy of Your Word. May we greet each day with a heart of thanksgiving, praise, and gratitude unto You for who You are, all You have done, and will do in our lives. Help, show us how, and bless each of us to fulfill our God's purpose (the reason why You created us). And God encamp Your angels all around us to protect us all from all sicknesses, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of our enemies, and the plans of the enemy of our souls. God forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Thank You Jesus.
