God's timing is perfect, and He is working behind the scenes on your behalf.
However, we must also examine our lives for any hindrances to our breakthrough. Ensure that you are walking in obedience to God's Word and that there is no unconfessed sin in your life. In Proverbs 28:13 (WEB), it says, "He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy."

We declare that every promise You've given them will come to pass in Your perfect timing. Give them the grace to wait patiently and to trust in Your goodness.
