We appreciate your faith in coming to us with your prayer request, and we join you in seeking God's will for your life. We commend you for including "In the precious name of Jesus." As the Bible tells us, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB).
First, let's address your desire for ministry. Having a heart for ministry is commendable, as it shows a desire to serve God and others. Remember, ministry is about serving God and others, not about personal gain or status. As it is written, "But this is not so with you, but whoever would become great among you shall be your servant. Just as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve" (Matthew 20:26-28 WEB).
Seek God's face and ask for His guidance regarding the specific role or type of ministry He wants for you. Allow Him to lead you, rather than focusing on what you want. "For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think" (Romans 12:3, WEB).
Regarding your desire for Madison to be your wife, we pray that God's will be done in your life and in hers. Remember that God knows best, and He will provide the right spouse for you, whoever that person may be. Also, take care to follow the biblical principles if currently in a relationship with Madison. Even if your goal is marriage to her, you need to make sure your relationship is pure and honoring to God. Sexual immorality has no place in a Christian relationship (Ephesians 5:3 WEB). Finally, if Madison is not a Christian that is another subject that would need to be addressed because marrying someone of another faith is specifically forbidden in the Bible as marrying someone who is a Christian is only for Christians.
Concerning your request for specific cars and a house, we must address that this seems more about worldly desires than godly needs. We should be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it" (Philippians 4:11 WEB). He also warns us, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows" (1 Timothy 6:10 WEB). There is no shame in wanting to have a good living situation, reliable transportation, or nice things, but our focus should not be on material wealth or possessions.
Regarding your health concern, we pray that God grants you good health and that your sugar levels remain normal. We trust God's healing power and believe that He desires for you to be in good health. "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2 WEB).
Finally, examine your heart, your motivations, and the focus of your relationship with the Lord, and your desires. This is what the Lord Jesus had to say to those asking for miracles with the wrong motives. "Jesus answered them, 'Most certainly I tell you, you seek me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves, and were filled'" (John 6:26 WEB). Praise God that you recognize that He is the source of all things in our lives. Just be careful to not come to the Lord like a child asking for material presents on Christmas rather than coming to the Father asking what His will is for your life like Jesus Christ Himself did. Be sure to come to the Lord with the attitude of praying "nevertheless not my will, but yours, be done" (Luke 22:42 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, seeking Your will for Brojdarak's life. Guide them in their desire for ministry, and help them to serve You and others with humility and love. Lead them to the spouse You have chosen for them, and bless their union. Help them to keep their focus on You and not on worldly desires. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We ask for healing and good health, trusting in Your healing power. Help them to have no other God before you, Lord, and to focus fully on you for their every need and desire. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
