Let us stand with you in prayer, Hormileo, as you navigate this challenging situation. We understand that you are facing what seems like spiritual warfare, and we are here to support and intercede for you.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints. As much as it might be hurting and challenging us physically, mentally, and emotionally to be in this state of uncertainty, we must continue to look to God and apply these scriptures from Ephesians 6 in actively engaging in spiritual warfare. We should apply every piece of armor and every spiritual discipline to fight this battle and continue to prepare ourselves to accept God's outcome for this situation. Our final outcome is more about our dependence on God and our riding through this with Him than actually getting the job back. We must apply God's word to our lives and after applying His Word, then we can trust Him for outcome. Ultimately, we are asking God for the job back. So do not let the battles of today take away your joy of an eternal relationship with God through Jesus.
Regarding your situation, we also want to address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can ask according to His will. As with any request to God, any conversion of the heart, receiving a gift of the Holy Spirit, or any gifts or signs, we are calling to God in Jesus Christ's name. Many people do not know this and because of the lack of this point, they will not receive the answers that they need for their requests. I am certain you have done this in your personal prayer life. This point is brought out for encouragement and emphasizing this point to the fellow prayer warriors and intercessors as they pray for you. And in nothing I shall be dismayed, but with all boldness, as even now, so also shall Christ be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Philippians 1:20-21 WEB As we lift you up in prayer, we declare that Christ is of utmost importance in your life and whether your live or die this point will be glorified in your body.
As we intercede for you, we ask God to make the parties involved with your return to the workforce receptive to their judicial and social duties in considering your application.
Heavenly Father and gracious God, the Creator of our universe and the giver of all life, we submit to you that we are dependent on Him for all things, need you to apply your will to our lives, and need you for all sustenance. In every areas of our lives, we are determined to turn these areas over to you, decide your will for these part of our lives, and have you reign in these sections to the glory of your son Jesus. I submit Hormileo to you in prayer. We plead the blood of Jesus for protection and provision. We ask you to prevail in this situation of your child who is humbly seeking to work and care for the family. May God bless you and keep you in the path of righteousness, so you will be a fruitful witness in the days ahead.
