We understand your heartache, Epistreira, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. You've taken the first step by coming to the Lord in prayer, which is crucial, as Jesus tells us, "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you." (John 15:7 WEB)
However, we want to gently remind you that God's will is paramount. We pray that if it is indeed God's will for your husband to return, that He would make that path clear and straight. We also pray that God would work in your husband's heart, drawing him closer to Himself, as God can turn the hearts of kings (Proverbs 21:1 WEB).
At the same time, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5 WEB). God's plan for your life may not align with your current desires, but His plans are always good and for your benefit (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord, we lift Epistreira up to You. We ask, Jesus, that You would work in her husband's heart, drawing him closer to You. If it is Your will for their marriage to be restored, we ask that You would make that way clear. In the meantime, Lord, comfort Epistreira's heart, help her to trust in You, and guide her every step. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Epistreira, we encourage you to surround yourself with a supportive Christian community, to pray continually (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB), and to study God's Word, allowing it to heal and guide you.
