I want God to trouble ### commander to him to ### state my ### said his transfer is out but his commander doesn't grant him transfer so I want God to give the commander war that he will not rest of mind until he has transferred back to ### state.

We ask that You would trouble the commander of ###'s brother and give him a war of the mind that will not rest until he grants the transfer back to ### state.
