Regarding your daughter's health, we must remember that God's ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). While it is natural to desire healing and change, we must also accept God's will and trust that He has a purpose in every situation. We should pray for her healing, but also for strength and faith to endure whatever God allows. "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28, WEB)
As for your financial struggles, we encourage you to trust in God's provision. Remember, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33, WEB) We should pray for your financial struggles to ease, but also for contentment and trust in Him, regardless of the circumstances.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your love and faithfulness. Lord, we lift up ###'s daughter, ###. We ask that if it is Your will, You would change her genotype from SS to AA. But more importantly, we pray for Your presence and comfort in her life. Strengthen her and her family, and help them to trust in Your goodness and purposes.
Lord, we also bring before You ###'s financial struggles. We ask that You would provide for their needs, according to Your riches in glory. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, trusting that You will add all these things to them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Keep trusting in Him.
