I want God to change the decision my manager at work has done. I want El Roi to go before me and speak to my manager to change my Rota to enable me have extra shifts of 60 hours to work to favour me. I don’t want to be running about doing work while others have it easy. I want Teresa Spencer my manager to listen to me and change my rota and favour my hours of work. Anything I speak to her concerning it, she should listen and change it for me. What she has not done for others, she should hear and change it for me. Also, I want my COS sponsorship immigration from that company creative support to be hasten. I haven’t heard from the HR and time to change visa is January ending, I want El Roi to arise on my behalf and hasten my visa before the end of this January so that I can switch from Student to work.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Eyhenn. We lift up their prayer request regarding their work situation and immigration status. Lord, we ask that you intervene and change the decision of Eyhenn's manager regarding their work schedule. We pray that you would go before Eyhenn as El Roi, the God who sees, and speak to their manager's heart. Soften their manager's heart and grant them favor in their request for extra shifts and a favorable work schedule.

Lord, we ask that you touch the heart of Teresa Spencer, Eyhenn's manager, and open her ears to listen to Eyhenn's concerns. We pray that she would be willing to make the necessary changes to accommodate Eyhenn's request. May she treat Eyhenn with fairness and equality, granting them the same opportunities as others in the workplace.

Furthermore, Lord, we lift up Eyhenn's immigration situation. We ask that you hasten the process of their COS sponsorship from Creative Support. We pray for a swift response from the HR department and for the necessary paperwork to be completed before the end of January. Lord, we trust in your perfect timing and ask that you make a way for Eyhenn to transition smoothly from student to work visa.

We stand on your promises, Lord, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . We thank you in advance for your faithfulness and for working on behalf of Eyhenn. May your will be done in their work situation and immigration process. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
