We understand your desire for children, and it's important to align our desires with God's will and His biblical principles.
Firstly, let's remember that God's blessings are not merely for our physical desires but for His purpose and glory in our lives. We need to consider Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
We are advised in James 4:3 "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures."
Additionally, let us not forget the example of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1:10-11, who prayed earnestly for a child, promising to dedicate her child to the Lord's service. Her story serves as a reminder that our requests should be centered on God's will and not merely our own desires.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your will to be done in this life. If it is Your plan, please bless this person with a healthy pregnancy, and if it is Your will, may they conceive twins, a boy, and a girl. Help them to delight in You and to seek Your purpose in their life. Prepare them to be a godly parent, raising children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
We also encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's face.
I would also like to address something that is missing in your prayer request. We do not see the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
Let this be a reminder for everyone reading this.
Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Romans 10:9 "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
