I want another job - mobbing

Lord give me solution and direction what to do where to go. I suffer constant refined mobbing from my principle and the person who makes working schedule. I feel undermined constantly and frustrated. They are spoiling my day and always sabotaging me somehow. I feel really helpless and poor. I want to switch jobs but i dont know where to start and hace fear that at the other work will maybe not be better to.
