I Voted Today

Thank you Father for in ### we all have the right to vote for the candidate we want to lead our country. Thank you my ### and I went to vote and it took about a half an hour to drive there, register and vote. They had a few problems with the registration but all went well. I am asking everyone that can vote to go vote for their candidate they believe best qualified to lead, protect our country and protect the unborn children. Thank you Father for we are able to vote in ###. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen.

It is indeed a blessing to live in a country where we can actively participate in choosing our leaders. We are encouraged by your civic responsibility and urge others to follow your example. As Scripture tells us, "First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all those who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is acceptable in the sight of God our Savior" (1 Timothy 2:1-3, WEB).

It is pleasing to see that you ended your request in the name of Jesus. As the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is through Jesus alone that we have access to God and receive salvation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
