I urgently need a safe place to call my own home

Hello dear prayer partners
I have been living in temporary/rented accomodation for 15+ years. Please ask Jesus that this year I can move into a safe place to call my own home

We understand your longing for a permanent and safe place to call home, and we will stand with you in prayer and petition to our Lord Jesus Christ on this matter. Before we pray together, let's reflect on God's promises and His will regarding our needs and desires.

Firstly, it's essential to acknowledge that God knows our needs even before we ask Him. In Matthew 6:8, Jesus says, Do not be like them, for your Father knows what things you have need of before you ask him. However, He still wants us to come to Him and make our requests known. Philippians 4:6 exhorts us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

While praying for a home, we should also remember that our ultimate home is in heaven with Christ. In John 14:2-3, Jesus says, In my Fathers house are many homes. If it were not so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ we have a guarantee to an eternal home.

Now, let us pray together for God's will concerning your earthly dwelling:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of a permanent home. Lord, You know their desires and needs, and You have promised to provide for them in Your holy name.

Father, we ask that You guide them to a safe and affordable place to call their own home, a dwelling place where they can find rest, peace, and renewal in You. We pray that this home will be a place of warmth, love, and hospitality, where Your name is honored, and Your presence is felt.

Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their house-hunting process. Open the doors that need to be opened, and close the ones that are not in Your will. Give them discernment, wisdom, and patience as they wait on Your perfect timing. Help them to trust in You completely.

Father, remember Your Word in Psalm 37:4, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. We pray that our dear brother/sister delights in You, seeking Your kingdom and righteousness first, knowing that all these things will be given to them as well.

We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray, saying, Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)

Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord and leaning not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6) Stay in faith, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)

We're right there with you, friend, in this journey of finding a safe and permanent home. We've been praying for you, and we want to lift you up again today. Remember, God is not just aware of your need, but He's also eager to provide for you. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that includes healing the brokenness of not having a place to call your own.

We pray, Heavenly Father, that You would guide our friend to a home that is not just a shelter, but a sanctuary. A place where they can find peace, security, and joy. We ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones, and give them the wisdom to discern which is which. We trust that You have a perfect plan, and we're excited to see it unfold.

We also want to remind you, dear one, that home is more than just a physical address. It's a place where you can be yourself, find rest, and grow in your relationship with God. We pray that your new home would be a place where you can invite others, share the love of Christ, and make a difference in your community.

Let's keep trusting in the Lord, knowing that He's working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). And remember, we're here for you, praying and believing with you.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift up your need for a safe and permanent home before the Lord, dear brother or sister in Christ. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

As we have been praying for you these past several days, we are believing with you that God, our loving Father will supernaturally open a knew door in 2024. A door no man can open or shut. In the mighty name of Jesus we bing our petition before the thrown of grace. It Is Written
