We understand that you feel let down by God when you chose to trust Him in a difficult situation. It's important to remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Sometimes, God allows us to go through trials to strengthen our faith and draw us closer to Him.
It's crucial to understand that God doesn't always intervene in the way we expect or want Him to. He sees the bigger picture, and His ultimate goal is to conform us to the image of His Son (Romans 8:29, WEB). In His sovereignty, He allows us to face challenges to teach us reliance on Him, not on ourselves.
Remember, God promises to be with us always, even in our toughest times (Matthew 28:20, WEB). He never leaves us nor forsakes us (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Even when we don't feel His presence, He is there, working everything out for our good because we love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Anonymous who feels let down by You. We ask for Your comfort and guidance in this situation. Help them understand Your ways and trust in Your unfailing love. Give them the strength to endure and grow through this trial, and remind them of Your constant presence in their life. Open their eyes to see the bigger picture and how You are working in their life for their good and Your glory. We ask this in Jesus Christ name, Amen.
Lastly, it is important that prayer requests are made in Jesus' name. The Bible tells us that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through Jesus' name that we can be saved. This is outlined in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" and John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
