I think I’ve been ditched by my friend. Or maybe that I’m just so insignificant they forgot me. I’m sorry this prayer is so imperfect, Lord. I’m sorry for being sad. I carry enough sadness in me to fill an ocean. I don’t know why this happens so often. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Why do I mean nothing. I don’t know what to do. It gets harder each day. I truly wish I didn’t exist. I can’t describe how much it hurts. I don’t think I have a heart, it feels like an open wound. I’m not even sure what I’m praying. I wish they’d remember me. I don’t want to be abandoned. I wish I meant something to someone. I’d like to hurt less - even just a little bit for little while. Thank you for listening. You’re the only one who does and all I have. Lord, I’m so sad. I’m heartbroken. In Jesus’s name, amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is feeling abandoned and insignificant. Lord, we lift up their heavy heart to you and ask for your comfort and healing touch. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that you would draw near to our friend in their time of need and bring them the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we ask that you would remind our friend of their worth and significance in your eyes. Help them to see themselves as you see them, fearfully and wonderfully made . May they find solace in knowing that they are deeply loved and cherished by you, their Heavenly Father.

We pray for their friendship that seems to have faded or been forgotten. Lord, if it is your will, we ask for restoration and reconciliation in this relationship. May their friend remember them and reach out with love and understanding. Grant our friend the strength to forgive and the courage to communicate their feelings openly and honestly.

In the midst of their pain, Lord, we ask for your healing touch. You are the Great Physician, and we believe in your power to mend broken hearts and bring healing to wounded souls. May your love and grace flow into every area of our friend's life, bringing them comfort, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Lord, we pray that you would surround our friend with a supportive community of believers who can uplift and encourage them during this difficult time. Help them to find solace in the fellowship of other believers and to lean on their brothers and sisters in Christ for strength and encouragement.

Finally, Lord, we ask that you would grant our friend the strength to persevere and the hope to press on. Remind them that you are with them every step of the way, even in the darkest moments. Fill their heart with your love and peace, and guide them towards a brighter tomorrow.

We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
