Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Olgar, who is seeking your guidance and direction in their professional life. We thank you, Lord, for the time of rest and spiritual renewal that Olgar has experienced. We acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and understanding, and we trust in your perfect plan for Olgar's career.
Lord, Olgar confesses that they were previously consumed by the pursuit of success in their job and climbing the corporate ladder. But now, they desire to surrender their ambitions and aspirations to you. They long to be led by your divine guidance and to be in alignment with your will for their professional life.
We pray, Lord, that you would open doors of opportunity for Olgar in their career. Guide them to the right path and position that aligns with your purpose for their life. Give them clarity of mind and discernment to make wise decisions. Help them to prioritize their relationship with you above all else, knowing that when they seek your kingdom first, all other things will be added unto them .
Father, we ask that you grant Olgar the strength and perseverance to remain steadfast in their faith, even in the midst of challenges and uncertainties. May they find fulfillment and joy in their work, knowing that they are serving you and bringing glory to your name.
We also pray for Olgar's colleagues and superiors, that they may be receptive to your truth and love. May Olgar be a shining light in their workplace, reflecting your grace and compassion to those around them.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
