Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a difficult health situation. We thank you for the prayers that have been offered on their behalf, and we acknowledge that only You have the power to bring healing and restoration.
Lord, we lift up this specific concern about the feeding tube. We understand the frustration and longing to be able to eat and enjoy food again. We ask that You would intervene in this situation and provide a miraculous healing, so that our friend may experience the joy of eating once more. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 107:20 that You sent Your word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. We claim this promise for our friend, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think .
Father, we also lift up the financial burden that our friend is facing in obtaining the necessary nutrition. We ask that You would provide the resources needed to afford the expensive plant-based drinks and electrolytes. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We trust in Your provision and ask for Your supernatural provision in this situation.
Lord, we understand the frustration and disappointment with the medical professionals who have not been able to provide the help needed. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in finding the right doctors and medical support. We pray for divine connections and opportunities for our friend to receive the care and treatment they require. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5 that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask You, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to us. We claim this promise and ask for Your wisdom and discernment in navigating the healthcare system.
Finally, Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to surround our friend during this challenging time. We pray that they would find solace in knowing that You are with them, and that Your plans for their life are good. Help them to trust in Your perfect timing and to rest in Your loving care. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 41:10 that we should not fear, for You are with us; we should not be dismayed, for You are our God. You will strengthen us and help us; You will uphold us with Your righteous right hand.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
