God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage you to flee from sexual immorality, as it is a sin against your own body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-19). It's crucial to understand that lust is not only harmful to our spiritual lives but also to our emotional and physical well-being.

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###, who is struggling with lust. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and Your strength to help them overcome this temptation. Give them the power to flee from sexual immorality and to keep their body pure and holy, as is Your will. Help them to fix their eyes on You, Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. We also advise you to be proactive in your struggle. Guard your heart by being careful about what you watch, read, and listen to. Engage in activities that glorify God and strengthen your faith. Memorize Scripture to help you combat temptation, such as Psalm 119:9-11: "How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you."
