The private landlord named Joseph
who had contacted me to rent his apartment
would now like to move himself
and re-locate to Florida permanently...if possible...
and so it appears he will not need me as his tenant
and will probably be selling his house too
This A True Set Back For Me
and is very disappointing......
i have come soo close to rental's both local
and out of state and then AT THE LAST MINUTE
FOR VARIOUS REASON'S...THEY WILL ALL FALL THRU
it takes much courage and perseverance
and much resilience and strength
and persistence....
all on my part
to continue on as this has been 10 years now
since Hurricane Sandy
Because i was not a homeowner at the time this
natural disaster had happened
i never had any stability...to begin with
or a home of my own to go back to
once it had been repaired
To be a tenant and rent is a never ending cycle
and i dream one day of being able to own my own home
i have researched Habitat For Humanity
but i would have to go out of state
where they have more programs i would qualify for
then the state i am currently in right now
I CRY OUT TO YOU GOD
FOR THE WILL TO KEEP ON SEARCHING
i look and make phone calls everyday
but it is getting harder and harder for me
as each week goes by
and because i face a deadline of next February
now i really stressed out and under much intense pressure too
Time can go by soo fast
and the current housing market is getting
more and more expensive and less and less
readily available all over the United States....
FATHER GOD...MY ABBA--DADDY
GIVE ME A SPECIAL INSPIRATION
AND SPECIFIC GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION
TO JUST EXACTLY WHERE I NEED TO GO....
I ASK AGAIN
IS THERE ANY STATE THAT WOULD BE
FAVORABLE TO MY RENT SUBSIDY
OTHER THEN THE STATES
I HAVE CURRENTLY

over these past ten years now ?
in my humble estimation
i am too weary to now make an out of state
move and all of my doctor's would agree
that it is going to ne too hard on me physically and mentally and emotionally...
i would also be in agreement with that professional assessment as well...
