We understand that you're struggling with a sinful habit and feel distanced from God. First, let's remember what the WEB says about temptation and sin:
"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13)
"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:8-9)
Masturbation is a sin because it is rooted in lust rather than love. Jesus said, "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery;' but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." (Matthew 5:27-28)
First, we notice you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). We should remember that our access to God is only by the name of Jesus and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Please remember this in the future.
Let's pray together:
Dear Jesus, we come before You, confessing this sin of masturbation and ask for Your forgiveness. Thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Please deliver ### from this sin and give them the strength to resist temptation. Help them to draw near to You, even as You draw near to them. Guide them in Your holy ways, and teach how to be fully reliant on you and not their flesh. Restore the joy of their salvation, and uphold them by Your generous Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
To overcome this sin, focus on the following:
1. Flee from temptation. Identify triggers and avoid them. (1 Timothy 6:11)
2. Put on the full armor of God, especially the belt of truth and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:10-17)
3. Pray continually and rely on God's strength to overcome temptation. (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
4. Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on the earth. (Colossians 3:2)
5. Remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 6:19)
Trust in the Lord, and do not rely on your own understanding. God is faithful, and He will help you overcome this sin as you draw near to Him. There is a basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ. If you have not done that, then please consider your position with God.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
