I agree with you that it's a little off although I'm sure the Church had good intentions. Halloween is Satan day..it represents evil..gore .death and destruction .that's why alit of people dress into something scary .etc. I prefer skipping Halloween altogether .pumpkins or not I don't celebrate it .if kids want to have fun they should not be dressing in evil/ scary costumes.thus us just my opinion. Many churches have not taken the time to research the origins of Halloween so they aren't aware it's Satan day. That churches intentions were good .it just takes research to spiritually discern stuff..every person / Church is at different levels of knowledge we are all a work in progress right? Yes believers are not perfect..still learning..growing..repenting..and still a work in progress.Grace and peace to you in Jesus name.I was in town and came across a church that had pumpkins at the front of the church entrance but had carvings of a Christian cross. Surely they should not be depicting pumpkins but carving out a cross right? It's kind of celebrating Halloween?
