I returned back to work today from short term disability, to find out my job responsibilities were taken away from me. The cruel people at my job waited until the day I returned to hurt me so badly. They took my desk and gave it away. They have me sharing desk which is very unfair. I can't help that I had a car accident. I shouldn't be punished for taking my health serious. Please stop ###, ###, ###, and ### from the cruel act that they did to me. I don't understand why they would hurt me so.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, You know the pain and confusion they are experiencing as they return from short-term disability only to find their job responsibilities taken away and unfair treatment being inflicted upon them. We lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are a God of justice and compassion.

Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and bring about a resolution that is fair and just. Soften the hearts of ###, ###, ###, and ###, and help them to see the impact of their actions on our friend. May they be convicted to treat others with kindness and understanding, rather than causing harm.

We pray for our friend's emotional healing and strength during this challenging time. Comfort them in their distress and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that their worth and value are not determined by their job responsibilities or the actions of others, but by Your love and grace.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and guidance for our friend as they navigate this situation. Give them discernment to know how to respond and the courage to stand up for themselves in a respectful manner. Help them to trust in Your provision and to seek Your will in all things.

We declare Your promises over our friend's life, knowing that You are a God who hears and answers prayers. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15, "And this is the boldness which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us; and if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him."

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for justice, healing, and restoration in this situation. May Your will be done. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
