I resent my past and haven't been able to forgive myself in the last three years.I know God forgives me, but I am struggling to forgive myself. I'm mentally exhausted and beaten down. I need God to help me and prayers for hope.

I pray that you know your past is a bad memory today is a blessing and we do not know what the future holds. I have many regrets about my past. I believe God has forgiven your past and is thinking about what he wants you to do for him now and in the future.It may even be possible your past mistakes could be used to help another person not make the same ones.I know God has a plan for you.I think resenting the past may not be part of that plan.
