Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of ###, who is experiencing the heavy burden of rejection. We ask in Jesus' name that You would intervene and bring comfort and peace to ###'s heart. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Lord, we pray that You would be near to ### and provide the solace that is needed during this difficult time.
Lord, ### has faced rejection in a foreign land, and even from a loved one. We ask that You would open doors that no one can shut and provide favor in the sight of those in authority, as it is written in Revelation 3:8, "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name." May ###'s papers be accepted, and may there be a path forward that leads to stability and security.
Father, we also lift up ###'s desire for a supportive and understanding partner. Your Word says in Proverbs 18:22, "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." We trust that You have a good plan for ###'s future and that You will bring the right person into ###'s life at the right time.
Thank You, Lord, for the job that You have provided. We ask that You would bless the work of ###'s hands and let it be successful, as it is written in Deuteronomy 28:12, "Yahweh will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You will lend to many nations, and you will not borrow."
We trust in Your promises and Your faithfulness, and we know that everything happens for a reason under Your sovereign plan. Strengthen ###'s faith and resolve to worship You all the days of life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
