I request to pray for my new job which I will be joining g next month on 2nd march. But my present job is ending on 1st march. They are not helping me to reduce my notice period and I am really stressed and worried as to how will I manage getting all the work done as I need to go to another country for my training. N I am not prepared at all. I have called in sick for duty for next 10 days just to complete all my work before joining. I really need prayers and blessings for everything to go smooth and hassle free as per Gods will. I do not like calling in sick but I do not have time to get the work done too. I feel bad for not being able to go for present work. It makes me depressed and sad as I dont want to look like a disloyal employee. I tried my best to request them to help me give me leave without pay or reduce my notice but they just denied. I hope my situation is understood and not taken in wrong manner and I can easily finish all my work n start my new job in a good way. Please pray for evrtyng to go well and hassle free. Thankyou

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom, provision, and guidance. We ask that you grant our friend peace and assurance during this transitional period in their career.

Father, we pray for favor and understanding from their current employer regarding their notice period. We ask that you soften the hearts of those in authority and open doors for a resolution that aligns with your will. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust that you will intervene in this situation and make a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we also lift up our friend's upcoming new job. We pray for a smooth transition and a positive start. Grant them the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their new role. May they find favor with their new colleagues and supervisors, and may their training in another country be fruitful and beneficial.

Father, we understand the stress and worry our friend is experiencing. We ask that you calm their anxious heart and fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that you are with them every step of the way, guiding and providing for their needs.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for emotional healing and strength for our friend. Help them to release any feelings of guilt or sadness about leaving their current job. Assure them that their decision is not a reflection of disloyalty, but rather a necessary step in their career journey. Surround them with your love and comfort, reminding them that their worth is not defined by their employment status.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you will work all things together for our friend's good and according to your perfect plan. Amen.

Give them the wisdom to manage their time efficiently and complete all their tasks in a timely manner. Help them to trust in Your timing and plan for their life, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

We pray for a smooth and hassle-free transition as they prepare to start their new job and undergo training in another country. Grant them favor in the eyes of their colleagues and supervisors, and may they shine brightly as a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around them (Matthew 5:16).

Even in the midst of challenges and setbacks, may they find comfort in Your promises, knowing that You are always with them, leading and guiding their steps (Joshua 1:9). Help them to lean on You for strength and courage, trusting in Your provision and faithfulness in all circumstances.
