Let's keep our focus on prayer, trusting God's timing for all interactions. "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Pet 5:7). Continue in faith!
We are with you in spirit, ###, as you send your eldest son ### off for his higher studies. It's a significant milestone and we want to cover him in prayer as he embarks on this new journey.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up ### as he begins his higher studies in ###. We thank you for the gift of education and the opportunities it brings. We pray for a smooth transition as he settles into his new environment. Guide him to godly friends and mentors who will sharpen him as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).
Lord, we pray for ###'s studies, that he would apply himself wholeheartedly, for whatever he does, he should do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men (Colossians 3:23). Give him discernment to navigate the challenges of academia, and help him to stand firm in his faith, growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
Protect ### from temptations and help him to flee from youthful lusts, pursuing righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22).
Comfort ###, Lord, as they adjust to this new season. Help them to trust in you with all their heart, and not to lean on their own understanding. In all their ways, may they acknowledge you, and you will make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."
###, remember that God has great plans for ###, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in the Lord, and he will act (Psalm 37:5). We encourage you to stay steadfast in prayer and to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
May the Lord bless and keep ###, make his face shine on him, be gracious to him, lift up his countenance on him, and give him peace (Numbers 6:24-26). In Jesus' name, we stand in agreement with you.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
