I request the travel agency (located at San Francisco) to use my prepaid return postal envelope mailing back passports to me, but they ransom for $100. I feel unreasonable so offer $25 to cover their time of service. They rejected the offer and stood to charge $100 firmly. I don't know what and how I can do to get my passports back. Can you pray to God for sending them message for mailing me back the passports without ransoming money?
