I request prayers that I may be free from all karma and samsara and from all samskaras and that I may live in my dharma. I request prayers that I may cultivate and follow through with many healthy habits of daily meditation, prayer, breath work, and exercise as well as getting really good at cleaning immaculately and organizing every aspect of my home, my car and my life without any self judgement or self criticism. Amen

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister, ###. We ask for Your divine intervention and grace to free them from all karma and samsara, and from all samskaras. May they live fully in their dharma, walking in the path You have set before them.

Lord, we pray that You help ### cultivate and follow through with healthy habits of daily meditation, prayer, breath work, and exercise. Grant them the discipline and strength to maintain these practices consistently.
