Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Cunroth to You. We thank You for his desire to seek Your favor, acceptance, and being chosen among many as he prepares for his promotion interview on Friday. We acknowledge that You are the ultimate source of favor and promotion in our lives.
Lord, we pray that You would grant Cunroth Your divine favor and grace during this interview process. May Your presence go before him, guiding his words and actions. Give him wisdom and clarity of mind as he prepares and answers the questions presented to him. Help him to showcase his skills, abilities, and qualifications in a way that aligns with Your will.
We ask that You open the hearts and minds of those who will be conducting the interview. Soften their hearts towards Cunroth and let them see his true potential. May they recognize his dedication, hard work, and the value he brings to the organization. Let Your favor rest upon him, causing him to stand out among the other candidates.
Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect plan for Cunroth's life. If it is Your will, we pray that You would grant him this promotion, knowing that You have the power to open doors that no one can shut. However, if this is not the right opportunity for him, we ask for Your peace and assurance that You have something better in store.
We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We believe that as we lift up this prayer request, You are attentive to our cries. We thank You in advance for the favor and acceptance that You will bestow upon Cunroth.
