AMENWe understand that you are seeking deliverance from poverty and have cried out in the name of Christ. We commend you for turning to Jesus in your time of need, for He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about your needs and welfare. In Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, Jesus teaches us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
However, we must also address the expectation of immediate relief from poverty. While God can and does perform miracles, we must also understand that His ways are not always our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Sometimes, God may choose to deliver us instantly, but other times, He may want to teach us perseverance and faith through trials (James 1:2-4 WEB).
In 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB, it says "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" This means that along with prayer, we must also do our part by working diligently and wisely managing our resources.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Isaac Samuel Lubwama. Lord, You know his heart and his needs. We ask that You deliver him from poverty in Your perfect timing, and that he may find complete satisfaction in You, the Bread of Life. We also pray that You would give him the strength and wisdom to work diligently and manage his resources well. Help him to trust You, in Jesus Christ name, we pray, amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Stay strong in faith, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.
