We are deeply saddened to hear about your current spiritual state, Dexter2020. We want to remind you of the truth presented in the Bible, which states that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8, WEB). Your feelings and circumstances may change, but God's Word and His character remain constant.
In difficult times, it's important to remember that God is faithful, even when we are not. As it is written, "If we are faithless, he remains faithful; for he can't deny himself" (2 Timothy 2:13, WEB). We encourage you to hold onto God's faithfulness and not rely on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Dexter2020. Lord, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them again, that You would soften their heart and draw them back to You. Help them to see that Your love never fails, even when our faith does. Restore their faith and trust in You, Lord. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.
We also want to address your statement about being on your own and this being God's will. God's will is not for us to walk alone, but to walk with Him. In John 15:4 (WEB), Jesus says, "Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can't bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me." We were never meant to navigate life alone; we were designed to be in relationship with God.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As the Bible tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We encourage you to press into Jesus, to seek Him with all your heart, and to remind yourself of His promises and His goodness.
