Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of silver1103, who is seeking guidance in a difficult decision regarding their unit. Lord, we ask for your wisdom and discernment to be upon them as they navigate this situation. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding, but to acknowledge you in all our ways, and you will direct our paths.
Father, we pray that you would make your will clear to silver1103. If it is your desire for them to stay in their current unit, we ask that you would grant them favor and peace in that decision. Help them to be a light and a source of encouragement to their colleagues and patients in that environment. Give them the strength and grace to handle any challenges that may arise.
However, if it is your will for silver1103 to move to another unit, we pray for your guidance and provision in making that transition. Grant them peace and assurance that they are following your leading. Help them to trust in your plans, knowing that you work all things together for their good .
Lord, we ask for your protection over silver1103's career and their desire to do what is right. Shield them from any negative consequences or mistakes that may arise from this decision. Give them clarity of mind and a discerning spirit to make the right choice.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
