I really want to fast but i cant please help

Hi everyone i deeply want to fast as i have spityal warefare but i cant and i know its spiritual last time i fasted i had a break through now all of a sudden i cant fast or pray just slouching on the bed

Firstly, let's address the spiritual warfare you're experiencing. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12. It's crucial to put on the full armor of God, which includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. The word of God is what will give you strength.

Regarding fasting, it is also important to remember what Jesus Christ says to his disciples. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak Matthew 26:41. It has been a spiritual struggle in your past and you have had victory in Jesus' name. It is only in His name that we have a true and lasting victory over our spiritual enemies. All glory, honor, and praise to Jesus Christ.

The passage of scripture Isaiah 40:31 says, But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. This is good news! We can always cry out to God for more strength. It is a promise.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Felbaend. We thank you for their desire to fast and pray, and we ask for your strength and grace to overcome this spiritual battle. Help them to put on the full armor of God and stand firm against the schemes of the devil. This battle can be entered boldly knowing that it is already won and there is victory in Jesus' name. Renew their strength, Lord, so that they can walk and even mount up with wings as eagles. Remind them of your promises and help them to trust in your word. It is in Jesus' name we pray! Amen.

Remember, Felbaend, that you are not alone in this struggle. God is with you, and He is faithful. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. In Jesus Christ, there is freedom from sin and death and there is true spiritual access to God. It is only in His name that we can do great things and receive God's grace.
