I really need help and prayers

I have been praying for a year now to get promoted. I have applied for the same job 4 times and again, I found out I was denied. What is wrong with me God? Why is it I can’t get promoted or be hired with another company no matter how many times I pray about it? I have applied over and over again and still I can’t get promoted. You know how much we need the money and the bump in pay. Am I not worthy of moving up in the world? Why am I also getting a cancer scare? Why am I having to wait so long to find out if I have cancer? Why am I being cursed this way? Why are all of these things happening to me when I’m a good person!!!!!! God please help me!
